About Us
At C.L.A.Y. Ventures, LLC, our mission is to cultivate a network of self-sustaining shared residences, offering underserved working individuals, veterans, and formerly homeless people the opportunity to find stable housing and build a supportive community.
My journey began in 1992 as a special education professional with Compton Unified School District, where I dedicated my career to serving the community. While I continue to enjoy teaching, I recognized the growing demand for affordable housing across the nation. This inspired me to create C.L.A.Y. Ventures, LLC, where I could extend my passion for helping others beyond the classroom.
With the co-living market projected to reach $16.05 billion by 2030, the need for affordable and supportive shared housing continues to rise. While our model provides independent living without supervision, my background in special education helps ensure a deep understanding of individualized needs—creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where residents can thrive.
Our Services
We specialize in Independent Shared Living Facilities (Co-Housing) designed to provide comfort, stability, and community. Our residences offer:
